These meditations are intended as an exploration of different parts of ourselves - of various facets of our psyche and states of consciousness. While the Runes have been used for centuries as one of, if not the world’s oldest known divinatory tools, it also depicts and offers interpretations of the various changes or movements found within the individual including advice in navigating one’s path toward self-refinement or “enlightenment”.  It is this path and movements within the human experience along the way on which this text focuses.
